The 2019 NDS CEO conference was held at the Hilton Sydney on the 20th and 21st November 2019. The CARETAG System featured a booth with many other professional organisations vying for attention from the hundreds of conference attendees.
The CARETAG System was a huge success with multiple visits from many of the CEO’s that attended this great conference. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the Smart Card Tap-ON and Tap-OFF technology being one of the main attractions of the product.
This innovative, automated validation process, which gives the participant total control, was well received by the industry as it aligned itself with the “Choice and Control” mandate of the NDIS. Equally successful was the unique transport module as, like the rest of the application, was especially built for the community services industry, exceeding all expectations from those that had the opportunity to view the product.
The unique ability to demonstrate the full turnkey solution on the day, from onboarding a client, through creating a schedule, rostering a staff, delivering the service, creating billing and payroll timesheets, RFP files, case notes and updating clients care plan budgets, in a matter of minutes, created more positive feedback, which has resulted in a number of requests for more follow up information.
The team had a great time and met many wonderful people and look forward to attending the next one in 2020.
